Welcome to CyberSmart Institute! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including enrolling in courses, participating in classes, and accessing our website www.cybersmartinstitute.com. By registering for our courses, you agree to the following terms.

1.1 Eligibility:
Our courses are open to individuals aged 11 and above. For students under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process and agree to these Terms and Conditions on the student’s behalf.

1.2 Course Access:
Course materials, live sessions, and resources are provided for personal educational use only. Sharing login details or course content with others is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Course Fees:
The full course fee is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan is agreed upon. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payment via bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.

2.3 Payment Plans (if applicable):
If a payment plan is offered, the student/guardian must adhere to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access to the course.

3.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cybersmartinstitute@gmail.com and are subject to the following conditions:

3.2 Cancellation by CyberSmart Institute:
If a course is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrolment to another course.

3.3 Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4.1 Attendance:
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Recordings or catch-up sessions may be provided at our discretion for missed classes.

4.2 Code of Conduct:
Students must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

5.1 Ownership:
All course materials, videos, and resources provided by CyberSmart Institute are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written permission.

5.2 Student Projects:
Students retain ownership of projects they create during the course. However, by submitting projects for feedback or sharing them in class, you grant CyberSmart Institute the right to use them for promotional purposes (e.g., testimonials or showcasing student work).

Your personal information will be collected, processed, and stored in compliance with the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

7.1 Service Availability:
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our courses, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause disruptions. CyberSmart Institute is not liable for such interruptions.

7.2 Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our courses if these Terms and Conditions are violated. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in our courses constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
